According to the Canadian Press on Saturday, the Canadian Olympic Committee is not pleased with the final results of the men's ski cross event from the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi which took place on Thursday.

In the competition, France swept the podium with Jean Frederic Chapuis winning gold, Arnaud Bovolenta winning silver and Jonathan Midol winning bronze. Calgary's Brady Leman placed only one spot off the podium in fourth place.

The Canadian Olympic Committee is arguing that Leman should be on the podium because "the French team staffers changed the shaping of the athletes' ski pants for better aerodynamics."

The Court of Arbitration of Sport is reviewing the case and will make their final decision on Sunday prior to the closing ceremonies of the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi.

The Canadians have the Slovenians on their side who have filed a protest as well. Slovenian Filip Flisar finished in sixth place.
