Brian Wood featured speaker at LA Web Professionals meeting Thurs., March 10

The Adobe User Group Los Angeles Web Professionals March meeting occurs this Thursday, March 10th from 6:45 pm to 9:30 pm at Working Village in Santa Monica. In his presentation "Dive into CSS layout using Dreamweaver," web technology trainer and author Brian Wood will demonstrate essential Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) concepts and techniques. 
 
An Adobe Certified Instructor, Brian conducts regular training programs, provides corporate training and consulting, and frequently speaks at major national conferences such as Adobe MAX and AIGA events.
 
The author of five training books published by Adobe and Peachpit Press, Brian recently released his new digital Dreamweaver book "Dreamweaver for Newbies: One Pant Leg at a Time." In addition, Brian writes numerous articles for Adobe and Peachpit, and he also records videos for Lynda.com, Video2Brain, and more.

His tutorial website includes videos, blogs, and other great resources as well.
 
At this Thursday's meeting, Brian will discuss CSS, covering concepts including layouts, floats, positioning, best practices, and styling type.
