The Japanese branch of Ubisoft has revealed the box arts and some details regarding their upcoming Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 title, Assassin’s Creed Welcome Pack. You can check out the images, along with the latest screenshots from Assassin’s Creed III, in the slideshow to the left of this article.
The Assassin’s Creed “Welcome Pack” bundle is designed for newcomers to the popular open-world action-adventure series. It contains the original Assassin’s Creed and Assassin’s Creed II (with some downloadable content from the game). The “Assassin's Creed Lineage” and behind-the-scenes videos will be included in the Blur-ray of the Playstation 3 version and as a free digital download on the Xbox 360.
Assassin’s Creed Welcome Pack has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of 2,940 yen (which is approximately $36.79 in U.S. dollars). Ubisoft will be releasing the bundle in Japan on July 19th. A North America release has not yet been confirmed.
