‘Borderlands 2’ fans can now have their very own Claptrap figure

Gearbox Software announced today that gamers will be able to get their hands on their very own Claptrap action figure from “Borderlands 2” fame. As of March 19, fans can pre-order the special Jacobs Corporation make of the popular robot from Gearbox Software’s co-op shooter. The statue costs $25 and is expected to ship during some point in June.

The Jacobs version of Claptrap depicts the robotic mascot decked out with wood paneling and brass finish. This special Claptrap was seen in the first “Borderlands” zombie DLC and, more recently, in the Big Game Hunt add-on for “Borderlands 2.” The Jacobs Claptrap collectable statue is a fully poseable figure that will be offered in this limited, one-time only, production

Borderlands 2” is out now on the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC/Mac. Three of the game’s four campaign DLC packs from the title’s first Season Pass has also release on all systems as well as the Mechromancer class DLC.
