Border crisis: Illegal alien predator nabbed for sexually assaulting child

An illegal alien 35-year-old, who was deported at least four times in the past, was nabbed in Texas by sheriff's deputies after he allegedly sexually assaulted a 9-year-old girl who was sound-asleep in her home, according to a sheriff's report on Sunday.

The Parker County, Texas, Sheriff's Office announced on Sunday that deputy sheriffs arrested Israel Andrade, who is a Mexican national with a record with federal immigration authorities, could face up to 20-years in federal prison for reentry after being deported at taxpayers' expense.

According to the Parker County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to an emergency call on Saturday, after an adult female telephoned 9-1-1 and told the police dispatcher that her adolescent daughter was sexually fondled by a burglar who broke into her home while the family slept.

The 9-year-old victim, who was sleeping on the living room couch, told the investigating deputies that she awoke to see and feel the suspect fondling her vagina, breasts and other body parts.

The girl -- whose identity is being withheld -- reported to investigators that the man spoke English poorly and had a Spanish accent. She told deputies that the suspect told her to accompany him to the bedroom where he entered the home through a window. But instead of following Andrade, the child stormed into her parents’ room screaming. At that point, the suspect fled.

The parents attempted to call 9-1-1, but realized that their cell phones and their personal computer were gone. At that point, the child's mother drove to a nearby market and notified law enforcement.

"Don't expect [President] Obama to visit the child victim and her family. In fact, don't expect the big news organizations to cover this story of an illegal alien victimizing people in the U.S. They are still carrying Obama's water for him," said former sex crimes investigator, Susan Ruggeria.

Andrade’s family members informed investigating deputies that Andrade arrived in Texas from Mexico at the start of the illegal alien deluge last month.

During the course of the investigation, crime scene technicians discovered a set of footprints outside the home and traced them to a neighbor’s home. The suspect was captured by the cops as he slept in a relative’s home approximately one mile from the crime scene. He was found sleeping in possession of one of the stolen cell phones, according to reports.

Andrade was arrested by the deputies and charged with burglary with the intent of committing another felony: indecency with a child by sexual. If convicted, the illegal alien suspect may be sentenced to 20-years imprisonment for the burglary and sexual assault and an additional 20-years by federal authorities for reentering the United States after being deported.

Sheriff Larry Fowler, like many other sheriffs in Texas and Arizona said the human tsunami at the U.S.-Mexican border is creating a large-scale burden on local law enforcement agencies..

“How long will we have to tolerate this type of injustice? It is time for American citizens to make a stand and begin petitioning for tighter security at our borders in order to protect our citizens,” said Sheriff Fowler in his press statement.
