The second half of the “Big Brother” season 16 premiere airs on June 26, 2014, and features another Head of Household (HOH) competition and during the episode, Julie Chen will announce the name of the houseguest the public, or Team America, has chosen to join a secret 3-person alliance, according to Big Brother Network. Tonight, the next eight cast mates will enter the “Big Brother” house. They are Brittany, Caleb, Christine, Derrick, Hayden, Jocasta, Victoria, and Zach. On last night's show, Julie told those already in the house, Amber, Cody, Devin, Donny, Frankie, Joey, Nicole, and Paola, the next group will also compete for HOH and this season, winning the title does not guarantee safety. A new competition, the Battle of the Block will ultimately determine the final HOH and is slated to air on Sunday.

In last night’s HOH competition, contestants were placed in a beach scene in which they had to balance themselves on a moving cylinder that went backwards and forwards, while having sunscreen dropped on them and trying to avoid falling, which resulted in destruction of their sand castle. Frankie was the last person standing and became the first HOH of “Big Brother” season 16. He is the older brother of pop star Ariana Grande, but has revealed during diary sessions he does not want to tell the other houseguests about his famous sibling fearing it may place a target on his head.

The second half of “Big Brother's” season 16 premiere episode airs at 8/7c on CBS. The show’s regular schedule will be Sundays at 8/7c, Wednesdays at 8/7c, with live eviction shows are to air on Thursdays at 9/8c.
