Aaryn Gries, a controversial figure in the “Big Brother 15” house, began posting messages of grief on Twitter Feb. 4, 2014, indicating her father had died.
She has been receiving heartfelt messages from her former house mates and her Twitter followers over the loss.
Aaryn tweeted, “I really appreciate everyone’s continued support. Today is the worst day of my life & it means the world to me to receive so much love.”
She also posted a photo of her and her father, which she captioned with, “This is the last picture I have with my Dad. The greatest man I’ve ever known. Never take your family for granted.”
During the course of last season’s “Big Brother,” Aaryn was dropped by her modeling agency for racist comments she made, which were aired on the show and were seen on live Internet feeds from inside the house.
