Bethenny Frankel moves into rented apartment during divorce

Bethenny Frankel has been living with Jason Hoppy since she filed for divorce in late 2012. The two have been fighting through this divorce and they have been trying to figure out a custody agreement for Bryn, but Bethenny wants Bryn full-time. However, Jason wants to fight for his daughter. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Feb. 5, Bethenny Frankel has supposedly gotten herself a second apartment, so she can spend time with Bryn without having Jason Hoppy around.

"Bethenny rented an apartment so that she and Bryn could spend quality time together," the source shares. "Bethenny doesn't want to disrupt Bryn's life in any way, so the place she rented is close to their other home. They're only spending some of the time there." Bethenny also feels uncomfortable that his parents come in from Pennsylvania to spend time with their granddaughter on the weekends.

"The reason Bethenny did it is that Jason is still living at the original home. On the weekends, his parents come and sleep on the sofas. It's incredibly uncomfortable for Bethenny and it gives her and Bryn no space to have one on one time,” the source reveals. "Jason is still holding out on signing off on the divorce because of money," the source spills. "The money is all he cares about. He was made a very generous offer in the millions but is demanding four times as much. Basically, he wants to make sure he never has to work again."

Do you think she should just move out?
