Fashion was alive and well at the Golden Globes 2013 held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills on Sunday.
Nude, black and colors of plum and coral were favorite shades for the evening and the word revealing best describes many of the gowns on the red carpet.
Taylor opted for a plum colored heavy satin fishtail design which featured sexy sheer panels, open back, double straps and sweeping train by Donna Karan. She added sparkling drop earrings by Lorraine Schwartz. Taylor wore her hair loosely in a bun which was a nice departure from her blunt bangs and straight hair. A very sophisticated look for such a young lady.
Jennifer Lopez suprised me. If there is one material that is on my least favorite list it would have to be lace. Lopez however shined in a super sexy and figure hugging lace gown by master designer Zuhair Murad. This look was anything but predictable. It featured well placed illusion with a white beaded lace overlay for a stunning effect. She added an unusual and modern tubular Jimmy Choo silver clutch and Louboutin shoes. She looked sensational.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was my third favorite in a very modern and feminine design by Saint Laurent. It featured a neck ruffle, wide leather belt and mega thigh split. She added Saint Laurent shoes as well. Rosie wore her hair simply straight and accented with a pair of her own earrings according to Just Jared. It doesn't really matter what this model wears, but a Saint Laurent gown certainly added to her look.
Naomi Watts was my final fabulous fashion choice in a ruby hued clingy gown by Zac Posen with a dramatic train. She accented with stunning ruby drop earrings and a hard case clutch.
All the looks were different, but they were worn so well.
