Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce and Kim Kardashian have all earned acclaim for their shapely derrieres. Sharon Stone, however, wants to feel appreciated for her self-described "bag of cheese" caboose, reported Today on July 15.

"I would just like to say it's a fine triple crème brie!" praised Sharon in a characteristically witty vision of her rear view. She admits that her salute to cellulite results from avoiding workouts.

"I haven't worked out in a couple of months because I just didn't feel like it," said Sharon candidly. She predicts that tabloids will film her on vacation and "do one of those crazy magnified pictures."

At 56, Sharon takes a cavalier attitude towards her caboose. Rather than fret about photographers,she's contemplating giving them something to film, reported Fox News on July 14.

"Right when they zoom in I should have a tattoo on my a** that says, 'You wish you could get a bite of this,'" suggested Sharon. And rather than wish she could stay young, she's happy about the advantages of getting older.

"What happened is my kids have reached the age where I feel comfortable to date. I didn’t want to date when they were little … who needs a bunch of people running in and out of their lives? Now I feel comfortable dating," added Sharon.

Despite skipping the gym, Sharon stays slim. She told Shape magazine recently that she's changed her diet from her childhood meals of mashed potatoes and gravy.

Sharon's high protein low carb diet features steak, porterhouse, rib eyes and New York strip. She avoids alcohol. And when she does work out, Sharon aims for variety.

"Every time I exercise, I do something different based on which areas need to get in motion," Sharon explained. Her regular routine includes yoga, dance, strength training and stretches.

During her twenties, Sharon struggled with her weight. She cites Jane Fonda as a role model.

Jane also battled her weight when she was young. She even had an eating disorder, which she hid for years in her effort to stay slim for films.

"I wasn't very happy from, I would say, puberty to 50? It took me a long time," she confessed to Everyday Health.

But now, like Sharon, Jane has learned to accept her body as it is. She told Katie Couric recently that she's learned to put everything into perspective and that getting older has its benefits.

Sharon agrees. "I’m very happy about being a grown woman. I think there’s a lot of sexuality, and glamour, and allure, and mystery to being a woman that you just don’t have when you’re young," she said.
