Apple has finally released the latest fix for iOS 7 that will address the bug that allowed users to bypass the lock screen by going through the photo gallery, which also allowed access to emails and social network accounts on an iPhone.
The iOS 7.0.2 update also has added support for a Greek keyboard when entering a passcode.
For those of you who have no idea what I'm referring to as it pertains to the lock screen issue, the security issue is as follows.
Users were able to get into Control Center, which is a feature in iOS 7 that lets you swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access settings or features such as brightness, alarms, camera and calculator. Using a particular sequence of key presses cold access data such as the photo gallery, Facebook and Twitter accounts, or even email.
So be sure to download the new update as soon as possible.
