Soprano Anna Netrebko has the world watching closely as she was part of the final moments of the Olympics Opening Ceremony. The talented performer was on stage on Friday sharing her vocal talent with the world as she performed the Olympic hymn. Looking beautiful and sounding even better, the star seemed to capture the moment and draw attention to the moment were everyone was getting ready to kick off the Olympic Games officially.

The Olympic hymn is part of the traditional opening ceremony at every game and it was the moment that lead up to Ruslan Zakharova taking the Olympic Oath on behalf of all the athletes. With the pledge to follow the rules and be part of the games, the athlete moment was followed by the coaches taking an oath as well.

The entire Olympic Ceremony, which lasted over three hours, had people celebrating and learning about the Russian culture and history. There was no doubt that as some points people were lost as the translation wasn't clear to move viewers. Add that many people were trying to follow along respectfully, and it was a very difficult opening ceremony to watch as there were no cheat sheets for the viewers to follow.
