Aniplex to dub ‘Fate/Zero, series to debut on Neon Alley this Spring

On Wednesday, anime publisher Aniplex of America revealed that they would be dubbing their fantasy action series, “Fate/Zero”, and that the English dubbed version would be debuting on Viz Media’s 24-hour anime channel Neon Alley later this year.

Fate/Zero” is based on the novel written by Gen Urobuchi with illustrations by Takashi Takeuchi and serves as the prequel to “Fate/stay night”, the visual novel from Type-Moon. The series takes place 10 years before the events of “Fate/stay night” and reveals what really happened during the 4th Holy Grail War.

Aniplex has revealed the cast list for the English dub for those of you interested. A new trailer featuring the English voices can be found on the left.

No official date was given for the debut of the English dub of “Fate/Zero” on Neon Alley. All that is known at this time is that the series will be available in the Spring. If you aren’t sure what Neon Alley is, it is a 24-hour anime channel that shows series from all publishers. It is available to subscribers of the service on either the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360.
