Brittany makes it look easy in the posing nude on a horse

Last week on America's Next Top Model, we met the 14 finalists, who got their makeovers, and watched them in their first photoshoot, which took a photo from their childhood as inspiration for the current photo. Lisa and Bianca were in the bottom two, and Lisa was sent home.
This week, Bianca is miserable in the limo on the way home, and she says that it was a wake up call for her being in the bottom two, and she vows never to be there again. We'll see about that. When the girls arrive back at the model home, they see Rae's winning photo as digital art, and Courtney complains about her broken foot, saying she's so over it. She says she's going to take the boot off this week. Hmmm... is that a good idea?
The light flashes over the Bankable Safe, and Kara reaches in to get the "Tyra Mail."
"Your career will be short if you don't measure up. -- Tyra."
Time for the first challenge
The following day, the girls pile into their stretch limo and take off for the first challenge. They arrive at Wilhelmina Modeling Agency, and everyone is anxious, wondering what it all means. Then, who should walk in, but sexy photographer/panel judge, Nigel Barker. He tells the girls they have something special in store for them today. The president of Wilhelmina Modeling Agency, Sean Patterson, flew in to meet with each of the girls. Sean enters the room and tells them that Wilhelmina represents models of all sizes, and they pride themselves on nurturing their talent. Nigel reminds the girls how the winner of America's Next Top Model will get a contract with Wilhelmina, and that Tyra had to see six different agencies before she got signed, and Tyra is 5'10." Nigel tells the girls, "This is your one chance to impress Sean."
One by one, the girls go in to interview with Sean. Some of the highlights are:
- Lulu is asked why she wants to be a model. She says she loves fashion. When Sean asks her if she has a favorite photographer, she says she doesn't pay attention to photographers. They show Nigel, and you can get the feeling that she just made a huge error with that comment.
- Courtney decides to take off her boot, and she walks for Sean. Both Nigel and Sean are impressed at her walking on her broken foot like that, even in the pain she is in.
- Jennifer is next. She mentions that she has a problem with her left eye. She has a condition called "Ptosis," and it's where the muscle stretches for no apparent reason. She hopes that it won't be a problem. She walks for Sean, and they don't say a whole lot. When she leaves, Sean mentions to Nigel that Jennifer has a lazy eye.
- Rachel comes in, and Nigel asks her if she has any dramatic experience. She says she has some experience in musical theater. He asks her to sing something, and she asks him what he wants to hear. He tells her to sing something she's comfortable with. She thinks about it and can't think of anything. Something tells me she just blew her chance to impress Sean. When she leaves, Nigel tells Sean he thinks she's cute. Sean says he got nothing from her. Can you hear the axe fall?
- Sundai comes in, and Sean tells her 5'3" is really pushing the bounderies.
- Sean asks Erin If this doesn't work out. When then? She says, "I don't want this to not work out." Well, she is confident. I'll give her that.
- Bianca is told that her short hair might be a problem. He says it's a severe look. He says with her look and her lack of height, he's not sure she's gonna be able to pull it off. Oh oh. Things not looking good for Bianca either.
And one of you will go home now
Sean comes out with Nigel, and they say that one of the girls doesn't have what it takes, and she will be eliminated now. Looks of horror cross the models faces. They thought that someone was going to win this challenge, not get eliminated. Nigel gives the bad news...and it's Rachel that will be going home. She's shocked, and cries and hugs everyone goodbye. I'm really sad to see her go. She was one of my favorites, but she just totally blew it in the interview, not being able to think on her feet.
Back in the house the girls are in the hot tub, and with the buzzing from the Bankable Safe, Bianca runs to get the "Tyra Mail!"
"A Top Model knows to never mask her best asset. It's time to separate the supermodels from the mere models. -- Tyra."
It's Super Smeyes!
The next day the girls go to a studio, where a photographer is waiting. He says he wants them to give him the perfect picture in one shot. He calls them out, but no one seems to be able to please him. Suddenly, in comes a girl wearing glasses and a trench coat from the door, and she says she thinks she can do it. (It's Tyra in disguise.)) He says she's awful, and refers to the models being too short, saying, "What is this? Munchkin land?" Tyra gets mad, saying "How dare you! I'm getting angry." She peels off her coat and then twirls around, and she's wearing a superhero costume. The photographer says, "It's you! Super Smeyes!" He proceeds to take her pictures and she shows him her smeyes (smiling with her eyes). She kicks him out, and tells the girls they need to learn to smile with their eyes.
Super Smeyes has all the girls line up, then turn and look in the mirror while she gives them pointers on how to "smeyes." (This is so silly!) When she's done, she tells them the next time she will see them will be in her "Fortress of Fierceness," where they'll battle it out to see who has the best smeyes.
Back at the "Fortress of Fierceness," the girls walk in wearing pastel one piece outfits with black hoods to cover their nose and mouth, so that all you can see is their eyes. Super Smeyes isn't here, just Tyra. She tells them Super Smeyes got called away because some girls were going to take their senior portrait, and they didn't know how to smeyes, so Tyra's here instead.
It's time for the Smeyes challenge, which Tyra will judge. She will call out two girls and have them show their Smeyes. There will be a winner from each pair. The winners will go to her favorite restaurant, called "The Bazaar." They'll get to eat dinner with Sean Patterson from Wilhelmina.

The winning team will receive a special outfit picked out for them to wear to their dinner, and the losing team also has a special outfit. The winners have some great looking dresses designed by Melissa Masse. The losers wear waitress outfits. At the restaurant, the winners go in the restaurant to eat with Sean, while the losers have to report to the kitchen. Harsh!
After the dinner, everyone goes back to the model house to find another "Tyra Mail," which Erin reads.
"In some professions, being small is a big advantage. -- Love, Tyra."
Next, we see Bianca loading dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and Jennifer asks her if she is putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher, because the dishwasher just finished its cycle and the dishes inside are clean. Bianca pulls out a dish and shows her that the dish is not clean, and she didn't put it in there. Jennifer gets exasperated with Bianca and just refuses to argue with her. It's clear that Bianca is this seasons drama queen, which could be why they aren't in a hurry to get rid of her.
Off to Santa Anita Park
The next morning the girls take off in the stretch limo, and wind up at Santa Anita Park, the home of Seabiscuit, the "short horse." Mr. Jay is there, and he tells them they will be having a photoshoot nude on top of a horse. Actually, it's topless, but they'll be wearing long wigs that will cover their breasts. They have to pose with a jockey as well as the horse, and have to prove that they really can take what they learned from Super Smeyes about smiling with their eyes.
During the shoot, we see standout photos from: Rae, and Brittany, whom Mr. Jay said gave him Italian Vogue, Mr. Jay loves Erin and Laura who says she loves nudity. Wow, didn't expect that from her.
Those that didn't do so well were: Jennifer, who Jay says she looks like she has drunk eye. Jennifer explains about the "ptosis" of the eye. (Why do I feel like we're gonna hear this story over and over again?) She gives him another look, asking if it's better, and he tells her to "work on it." Her horse was acting up during her shoot, which didn't help. Brittany also didn't do well. Poor Courtney came in with her boot on again. Mr. Jay wouldn't let her take it off, and she let it get the best of her, saying it made her feel disabled. Bianca once again is upset with the color of her wig, which is blonde. I guess she didn't learn anything after all, after her close call last week. Mr. Jay said she looked too hard.
Back at the house, Sundai gets all excited as she sees the treasure chest they they now know has the elimination message in it.
"Tomorrow you will meet with the judges. Only 11 will continue on in the hope of becoming 'America's Next Top Model.'"
Some of the girls talk about how they think they did in their photoshoot, and Courtney is worried, as she doesn't think she took a very good picture. She was mad that she had to model in her boot. Brittany calls her out, saying she needs to stop complaining.
Time for panel
Tyra greets the girls, telling them the prizes, and introduces the judges, Nigel, Miss J, and guest judge Lauren Conrad. Miss J. asks Tyra what a smeyes is, and she tells him that it's smiling with your eyes.
- Kara is up first. They say she is interesting.
- Alison Miss Jay says she looks bored to death.
- Jennifer is next. Nigel says her body looks great, but her face doesn't look good. Lauren comments that her eyes look uneven. Jennifer explains once again, that she has uneven eyes, and she had surgery on that one eye. Tyra tells her she has to learn to work that.
- Lulu is next. Tyra asks her if she thinks she did well. Lulu says, she thinks she schmeyzed. Tyra agrees. She loves the pic.
- Brittany is next, and she's laying on the horse. Very sexy. They love it.
- Bianca is next, and they say she looks like she's smelling a bad smell.
- Laura is next, and her pic is so different than she is. They love it.
- Sundai is next. Miss Jay says her eyes are lost, and her lips look too pursed.
- Rae is next, and they compare her pic to something that Madonna would do in W Magazine.
- Nicole is next, and they say her pic has a melancholy look. Nigel says she looks enormously tall.
- Erin is next, and they say she looks really tall. She pulled it off.
- Courtney is next. They think she loks a little angry, and she gave up.
Time to decide who is going home
The judges go over the photos one at a time. They think Brittany looks awesome. They think Kara can deliver sexy without even trying. Ashley looks overposed. They loved Rae's picture. They think Lulu is smeyesing with her eyes. Bianca has a tight upper body. Laura looks fashiony. They think Jennifer needs to master her weaker eye. Nigel thinks there's a lot of potential in Sundai. They loved Erin's angry smeyes. They think Courtney looks angry. They think Nicole's hair color and the horses hair color looks great.

The bottom two are Bianca and Courtney. They think Bianca was still letting her feelings about her blond hair sabotaged her. They think Courtney gave up. Courtney is the one to go home.
