Amazon has started their Countdown to Black Friday Deals Week for video game products. On Friday, the online retailer posted the first set of discounts to celebrate the start of the promotion.

Several Xbox 360 systems are currently on sale, including 250GB Kinect Holiday Value Bundle that comes with “Forza Horizon,” “Kinect Adventures” and “Forza Horizon.” Amazon dropped the price for this particular product by 38 percent. As a result, the bundle could be purchased for $249.00.

Amazon also has deals of some of the “Batman” titles for the Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo Wii U, Playstation 3, Playstation Vita and Xbox 360 systems. Among the notable video games that were discounted include “Batman: Arkham City,” “Injustice: Gods Among Us” and “LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes.” Other games and accessories are on sale as well. You can check out the first round of discounts from Amazon’s promotion in the following link: Black Friday Deals Week.

Amazon should be announcing more deals before the big shopping holiday at the end of this month. Black Friday should be even more hectic this year with the launches of two next-generation systems. Sony will be releasing the PS4 during the middle of the month on Nov. 15. Microsoft is also launching the Xbox One on Nov. 22, which is just one week before Black Friday.

You can find some screens of the aforesaid “Batman: Arkham City” in the slideshow near the top of this article.
