Yesterday former teen celebrity Amanda Bynes was caught by TMZ driving around aimlessly while allegedly smoking pot. While this alone is a dangerous situation, Bynes license is currently suspended and the retired actress has been recently charged in two hit and run accidents and for driving under the influence. Yesterday's photos of Amanda that clearly show the actress misbehaving alone in her BMW infuriated law enforcement and Judge Marsha Revel.

L.A. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel has ordered Bynes to stay off the road and informed Amanda's attorney that her license is indeed suspended by the DMV. In an alarming related story Bynes was pulled over for driving without her lights last Sunday night but the officers failed to ask Bynes for her license or check to see if it was suspended. Amanda hopefully understands the situation now and gets a friend to drive her around until her legal matters are cleared up.
