Mark Hamill, the actor who portrayed Luke Skywalker in Star Wars Episodes IV, V and VI, will be appearing at Star Wars Weekends on June 6, 7 and 8, 2014. Walt Disney World has announced that there will be a special event featuring the legendary performer. A Conversation with Mark Hamill will take place all three days in the Premier Theater. It will be held at 3:00pm. James Arnold Taylor, the voice of Obi-Wan Kenobi and other characters in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, will be hosting the event. It is a Tier 1 FastPass+ selection. The event is included in park admission.
Unlike other celebrity guests for Star Wars Weekends, Hamill will not be signing autographs. He is expected to take part in the Legends of the Force: Star Wars Celebrity Motorcade. Actors Billy Dee Williams, who played Lando Calrissian, and Ray Park, who portrayed Darth Maul, will also attend the weekend.
Mark Hamill is reprising the role of Luke Skywalker in the upcoming sequel, which is currently being filmed in London. Star Wars Weekends will continue each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, through June 15, 2014 at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
