Darath Smith is an avid,and sometimes rabid, animal rescue worker. She's been picking up every stray creature she could find since her hands could scoop them up. Darath is very active in the animal rescue community in Kansas City, Missouri and she chooses to help all of the shelters and rescues in the community, rather than just one. She's been writing all of her life and had articles published in numerous newspapers and even prestigious horse magazines.
