Update!  Andrew Kraemer has been located and is safe!

A search is underway for a ten year old boy who failed to come home from school. His name is Andrew Kraemer and he stands 4’9” and weighs 60 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes and has not been seen since school let out Wednesday, December 16, 2009.

The Lufkin Police have been scouring the Brookhollow neighborhood in a desperate search for the child. A reverse 911 call was issued asking all citizens to be alert and to help in the search.

According to reports by Lufkin Police Department Spokesman Lt. David Young, Andrew’s father waited for his son to come out of school but the boy never showed up. It is assumed he exited through a different door at the Brookhollow Elementary School.

Andrew was last seen wearing an orange pullover shirt and was carrying a blue and white backpack with a red jacket. He may have put the red jacket on as the temperature has dropped.

If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Andrew Kraemer you are asked to call the Lufkin, Texas police at 936-633-0356.
