Breeann Rodriguez is an endangered missing child and not listed as a kidnapping due to the lack of evidence showing foul play. This means there is not enough information available to determine if she was kidnapped, preventing the issuance of an Amber Alert. To issue Amber Alert specific criteria is necessary and this criterion determined by the U.S. Department of Justice website is here.

If you see Breeann Rodriguez or know anything about her whereabouts or disappearance, contact the Dunklin County Sheriff’s Office in Missouri at 1-578-888-2424, or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST or 1-800-843-5678. In addition, you can call 911 to report any sightings of Breeann Rodriguez or her pink bike. The FBI is assisting in the search for the little girl at this time.

Update:

The FBI and Senath Police are offering monetary rewards for information that helps find and prosecute anyone responsible for the disappearance of three year old Breeann Rodriguez (although she is presumed kidnapped there is no obvious evidence to sustain this idea at this time). The FBI is offering $25,000 along with $20,000 from the Senath Police, for a total of $45,000.
