A large section of the downtown area will be closed to traffic as Artscape, America's largest free art show, gets into full swing.
Hundreds of thousands of people are expected for the three-day event, which begins today.
Artscape venues will cover Mount Royal Avenue and Cathedral Street, most of midtown and Charles Street.
Artscape enthusiasts are encouraged to use public transportation to the city, including the MTA Bus lines and the Light Rail System. Click here for the Maryland Transit Authorities schedule.
For those brave enough to drive to Artscape, parking garages are available at the University of Baltimore Garage on Maryland Avenue and the Symphony Center Garage at Park and Preston Sstreets.
