Among the more notable displays are sculptor Clark Sorensen’s one-of-a-kind high-fire porcelain urinals, which are crafted in the shape of flowers and shells.
The Pacific Orchid Exposition’s hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. The gala runs from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Thursday. All activities are in the Festival Pavilion, Fort Mason Center, Buchanan Street and Marina Boulevard, San Francisco.
