Two people found dead ruled double homicide

Annapolis police determined Tuesday that the two people found last week at an Annapolis apartment building were shot to death.

The killings were the first of 2008 in Annapolis.

Police are investigating the deaths as a double homicide, but they say they have no motives or any suspects in the killings of Charles Cully Jr., 29, and Cecelia Brown, 51, who were found Friday at 29A Bens Drive.
