San Francisco Police responded to calls reporting multiple gunshots near the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and 25th Avenue on the park's southern edge.
There, officers found a man with a minimum of one gunshot wound, according to police. There are no suspects in custody.
This shooting comes just six days after a man was found stabbed to death at Fulton Street and 47th Avenue. Another man was found stabbed to death Sept. 5 near the polo fields. Both men were homeless.
