Suzanne has been practicing yoga since 2000 and enjoys attending a variety of classes including Bikram, vinyasa flow, yin, and restorative. She found her way to yoga after chronic knee pain prevented her from doing most other types of mainstream exercise. Yoga helps keep Suzanne balanced in her busy life as an entrepreneur, mom, and teacher. Suzanne believes that everyone can benefit physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually from practicing yoga.
