Restaurant.com is offering heavy discounts (currently up to 50%) at various restaurants, BUT through October 31, 2009 you can get a total of 80% off when you enter "TREATS" as the coupon code upon check out!
Just purchase a $10, $20, $25, or $50 gift certificate for only a fraction of the price for a specific restaurant, then enter the coupon code.
Current listings include sale prices from $4-12.50 for a $10-50 gift certificate, still a pretty good discount. Options include:
$50 at Elephant Walk for $20
$25 at Firefly for $12.50
$25 for $10 at Kennedy's
$25 for $10 at Mela
$25 for $12.50 at the Wine Cellar
After selecting any of the listed certificates, it looks like entering "Treats" in the coupon code does in fact get you the 80% off selling price!
