The most dangerous cake recipe in the world

Have you ever wanted a slice of cake but didn't want to spend an hour or so baking and making a mess in the kitchen?  Well, I have a quick and easy recipe for you that gives you a hot piece of cake in only five minutes.  That's right.  It's a fresh, home made cake that you can make during a commercial break on TV without all the mess and all the time spent in the kitchen.  It's called the 5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake.

I'm not sure what the source of this recipe is but it was forwarded to me by a co-worker.  We tried it at work one Friday and...well, let's just say I cleaned my plate. 

You'll need:

• 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of cocoa
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons of milk
• 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips (optional)
• a splash of vanilla extract
• 1 large coffee mug

Add the dry ingredients in a mug and mix well.  Add the egg and mix thoroughly.  Mix in the milk and oil.  Add chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla.  Pop the mug into the microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes.  The cake will probably rise over the top of the mug.  But don't worry about that.  Allow the cake to cool a little bit.  Tip it out onto a plate, if desired, and eat. 

If you'd like, eat it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.  Perhaps drizzle it with some chocolate syrup.  Now, why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?  Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time, day or night.
