Caraway, most commonly known for its flavoring in rye bread, is also helpful as a digestive aid -- it helps relieve gas, indigestion, and even infant colic.  It may also interest you to know that caraway oil is the primary flavoring for two digestive liqueurs:  German Kummel and Scandinavian Aquavit.

For more information about caraway, see your local herbal shop: Apothecary Tinctura in Denver, or Rebecca's Herbal Apothecary in Boulder.
