Fun pet events in the Bay Area this Saturday

There are several great events this Saturday May 30 for dog lovers.

First off is "Paws in the Park" at Santana Row in San Jose from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Santana Row is at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Winchester across the street from Valley Fair mall. The event is a benefit for Furry Friends Rescue. For more info go to furryfriendsrescue.org/events/view/paws_in_the_park_santana_row_karas_cupcake

Further south is the "Dog days of Hollister" from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at Dunne Park in Hollister, located at West and 6th Street. Their website is www.hollisterdog.org. This event is sponsored by the Hollister Dog Owners Group.

Over in the East bay, Four Paws Rescue is putting on a Dog Wash at PETCO, 3735 E. Castro Valley Blvd., Castro Valley, CA. 10am to 4pm. Check out fourpawsrescue.net for more info.
