Scooby-Roo is an adorable, vivacious puppy in the charge of Fuzzy Rescue, based out of Southern California. He was born without front paws and was abandoned and found in terrible condition, bleeding and wounded. His case has garnered the attention of the Jackson kids who are trying to help raise the $2000 needed to build carts for him to get around and provide medical care.
