Stars walked the yellow carpet at the premiere of the hot new movie Watchmen on Monday, March 2. The ensemble cast is full of uber-talented actors and actresses, and they all combine to make this the biggest movie premiere this year. The Los Angeles premiere on Monday followed the world premiere of the film last week, on February 24.
The cast looked chic as they walked the yellow carpet, talking to reporters about their experience with the film. "I am very nervous and excited," said Malin Akerman who plays Silk Spectre II. "It's a little bit overwhelming to see the yellow carpet is full."
The movie is about a group of former vigilantes who uncover a plot against them, as tensions are heightening between the United States and The Soviet Union. It is set in 1985, when this tension was in the forefront for Americans. Follow them as they uncover bigger plots and more grandiose plans by the 'bad guys', and see how it all unfolds.
