"On the Lam" is being shown tomorrow at the Queens International Film Festival.

The 7th annual Queens International Film Festival begins tomorrow, with filmmakers and panelists from around the world showing off their brilliant work. One of the films being shown on opening day is called "On the Lam," and is a fictional story of present-day young men dealing with the draft. The film is directed by Corey Aumiller and stars Aaron Syler and Gregory Kissner.

The story follows Eric and Neil, two young men who are drafted and go "on the lam" to escape from service. They go out west on their journey, but are compromised by other draft dodgers and must face their fate and return.

Here's the trailer:

The film is showing at 9pm at the Holiday Inn Manhattan View on Long Island City. Check out the Facebook page for more information about the event.
