Halloween doesn't always fall on a Friday or Saturday, but when it does, the party factor goes way up. This year the 31st falls on a Saturday (tomorrow!), which means you have no excuse not to dress up and go out on the town.

If you're looking for a cool costume party in the city, then consider one being hosted at Stay in the Lower East Side (244 East Houston between Essex and Norfolk). NYC Movie Screenings is selling tickets to the bash, which is 21 and older and all party guests must come in a costume -- if you don't, then you can't come in. Tickets are $25, but is well worth it because prizes will be given out. Free bottles of booze, a designer bag, and a Playstation 3 Slim are just some of the amazing things you could win if your costume wins.

Click here to buy tickets to the party, and then get to work on your costume. Perhaps you'll be Kate Gosselin, with a mom wig that looks like a stegosaurus? Or Balloon Boy, wearing a cardboard box and pretending to puke every 10 seconds? Have fun!
