Oleksandra Nikolayenko, wife of Phil Ruffin

Well, she's beautiful.

(But so are a lot of women.)

She's married to a man with pots of money.

(Impressive but not particularly special.)

She has more beauty titles than any other woman we know.

(Ok.)

She lives in Kansas.

(Wow.)

Meet Oleksandra Nikolayenko, the 20-something wife of 70-something Phil Ruffin, the new owner of Las Vegas' Treasure Island.

A Ukrainian model and actress who was born in Budapest, Nikolayenko represented Ukraine in the 2004 Miss Universe pageant in Ecuador. She also holds the titles “Miss Odessa”, “Miss Ukraine South”, “Miss Ukraine”, “Miss Student”, “Miss Tourism-Europe”, “First vice-Miss Tourism-Planet” (what?), “Miss American Dream” and “Miss Tourism International.”

That's a lot of tiaras.

And Ruffin? Just as decorated. He's been on the Forbes list of richest people multiple times and has a net worth of $2.1 billion (made his fortune in casinos, greyhound racing tracks, oil production, convenience stores and real estate).

Ruffin married the Ukrainian beauty queen on January 6, 2008. The couple resides in Wichita, Kansas where they're quite easy to pick out in a crowd.
