Killzone 3 in development?

After Killzone 2's somewhat infamous debut at E3 several years ago, many wondered if it would live up to the hype. Its release earlier this year was met with great fanfare from gamers and critics alike. And while gamers had to wait almost four years to get their hands on Killzone 2 after seeing the first trailer back in 2004, we might only have to wait two years until we see Killzone 3.
According to a Connected Consoles article, a Guerilla Studios employee has said that it is in development and could be out by 2011, or perhaps 2010. Killzone 2 might just be the Playstation 3's best shooter, and an official announcement would certainly boost what has already been a strong year for Sony's latest machine.
