R&B sensation Ne-Yo recently had a very candid conversation with an aspiring singer/fan and gave the following advice - if you want to make it in Hollywood, lose weight.
In the video (see below), the "Closer " singer tells an up and coming singer if she wants to be on the same stage as Beyonce she's gotta shed a few pounds.
Ne-Yo then confesses Beyonce is naturally a "big girl" and people "have no idea how hard she has to work".
