Lindsay's fed up with dad, Seeks restraining order

Looks like actress Lindsay Lohan is fed up with her father Michael Lohan's recent blabbing to the press, as the "Georgia Rules" star is now seeking legal action against him.
According to TMZ.com, Lindsay recently contacted her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, to file a restraining order against her dad.
Holley is also reportedly hoping to file a defamation lawsuit against Michael Lohan, given his current selling of 'sensitive information' on Lindsay's previous drug use.
Mr. Lohan might have also violated a criminal protective order out of New York.

Lindsay tweeted:
"My father's actions yesterday, because it really hurts my mom for me and my siblings. I'd feel the same if I were a mother. She blames herself for staying w/him for so long, I'd beg her not to leave b/c he always threatened to kill her if she did after disappearing, then coming home after being gone for several days while cheating on my mother & abusing substances."
