Kimora Lee Simmons recently purchased her Hollywood Hills neighbor's tennis court so she can build a pool for her new Los Angeles home.

Creating her own episode of a show on HGTV, Simmons decided to persuade her neighbors to sell her some of their property when she learned her new place didn’t come with a swimming pool for her children.

“She has ripped down part of the hedge between her new place and her neighbor’s home and she’s digging up their tennis court so she can build a pool,” a source tells WENN. “She has basically bout the neighbor’s yard.”

Simmons and her fiancé actor Dijimon Hounsou aren’t expected to move into the estate anytime soon since Kimora is pregnant with their first child together. (Kimora has two daughters, Ming Lee and Aoki Lee, with former husband Russell Simmons.)

Stylist to the stars Kenneth Bordewick was spotted on the property on Wednesday (April 29) possibly to begin sketches to design Kimora’s new digs.
