Rumor has it R&B superstar Ashanti is four months pregnant by her boyfriend, rapper Nelly (born Cornell Haynes, Jr.).
A source tells Mediatakeout.com, hip hop star Nelly and Ashanti made the announcement at the wrap of their latest video shoot in Atlanta.
The two entertainers have been an item for the past three years and despite rumors of them splitting, friends close to the St. Louis emcee says he’s even considering marriage. (Good to hear. Nelly, put a ring on it!)
While the child will be Ashanti’s first, Nelly has two children from previous relationships; daughter Chanell Haynes, 14, and 9-year-old son Cornell Haynes III.
If this rumor is correct, congrats to the happy couple!
