Redskins owner Dan Snyder loves synergy.
He must anyways, because last night at the Redskins preseason game -- with great fanfare -- was the first official announcement about Tony Kornheiser joining Snyder's Red Zebra Broadcasting.
Korny will air on ESPN 980 (WTEM) - we think - on weekdays from 10AM to 12PM. But, the giant scoreboard just had "Tuesdays" written on it.
Now that the cat is out of the bag, you can expect to start hearing promos on WTEM. So far, there's no news on the station's website, nor have there been any comments about what will happen to the Colin Cowherd show that currently occupies that slot.
According to the announcement at the stadium last night, Tony Kornheiser's new radio show will debut the Tuesday after Labor Day on September 8th.
What do you think? Will Korny just be on the air on Tuesdays or was that a jumbo tron typo? Will you be listening?
