Sorry everyone, but we just couldn't resist this one.
Richard Simmons appeared on CNN's "American Morning" this week and he had a lovely chat with the female anchor (Kiran Chetry) about keeping your New Year's resolutions to get fit.
Somewhere along the way it all went south though, as it usually does with the Queen of Exercise.
Hopefully this video clip will do two things: 1) make you giggle and 2) make you grateful that Richard Simmons is not in the room with you right now.
