What it will look like when it does come out...

No worries, folks.  Taylor Lautner is returning as the werewolf Jacob Black for the next chapter of Twilight "New Moon."

We told you there was controversy and debate over Lautner's selection in the new chapter.  Many thought Lautner's babyface could not carry the darker, more adult role in "NM".

But, the movie folks have been convinced.  As they often do, the powers-that-be took to author Stephenie Meyer's blog to talk about the decision.

Director Chris Weitz said:  "I'm very happy that Taylor will be playing Jacob Black in New Moon and that he's doing so with the enthusiastic support of Summit, the producers and Stephenie Meyer."

Apparently Lautner is bulking up and fans have nothing to worry about.

In other "Twilight" news, Summit released the cover art for the eventual DVD release of the first movie.  You can see it to the right.  Still no word on when you can own "Twilight" yet...  We'll keep you posted.
