From MSN:  regrettable mustaches

So we've been through the best of the Best Ofs.  Now, it's time to find out what the worst was in 2008.

The fine folks at MSN compiled the best "worst" we've seen.  They call it the "Regrettable Trends in Pop Culture" and they are telling the truth, folks.

We agree that we didn't get those silly half-darkened glasses that the Olsen girls thought were posh and that the whole reality show movement is on a decline.  (Don't talk to us about that once American Idol starts, though.)

But, we don't necessarily agree that the "Twilight" trend was regrettable.  After all, the phenomenon spawned "First Blood" and sent droves of teens to the theaters and book stores.

Still it's a fun look back buoyed by great images from the year.  Thanks, MSN.  See the whole list here.

For more info: See what happens when Star Wars is set to a Muppet song here.  Or what happens when Bert and Ernie rap here.  Check out the best of the Best Ofs here.
