The book that started it all.
The "Twilight" Phenomenon has arrived.
And no -- I do not mean that exhaust plume created when a rocket is launched into outer space.
I mean the obsessive fandom of the books of Stephenie Meyer about teen angst, romance and vampires. The cult-like following has been bubbling under the surface for a couple of years now.
Fans known as Twilighters rival Harry Potter fans (although a little older) for getting to the book store on the night of the new releases and propelling the series onto the New York Times Best Seller list. Fan sites have cropped up all over the internet and the following is growing by the minute!
Now, it's here for you to see. The movie -- based on the first book in the series -- is slated for release this winter. But, don't worry. The trailer has hit the web and you can get your fix until the movie comes out by playing it over and over and over again.
