Kids Night on Broadway returns to New York and selected cities nationwide for the 2010 theater season.

Children and teens, ages six to 18, can attend a participating Broadway show, free of charge, when accompanied by a full paying adult. This is a substantial savings for parents and caregivers wanting to share some of the finest theater performances with their child.

Adult admission tickets went on sale earlier today in New York for performances on Tuesday, February 2, Wednesday, February 3 and Sunday, February 7, 2010.

There are also special events and activities for Kids’ Night on Broadway in New York City; kids will get to dine free at numerous Times Square restaurants, and parents get discounted parking rates., plus free pre-theatre parties and special events.

Participating New York shows, which are subject to change, include:

Broadway touring companies will also be visiting other cities nationwide, all year long, and creating Kids’ Night festivities for various cities they visit.

The following is a list of cities and shows currently covered by Kids Night on Broadway. There are some performances already scheduled for later in November and December 2009, in addition to dates for the 2010 season. If you don’t see your city listed, be sure to check back often.
