You can find pretty much anything on YouTube. But full-length episodes of your favorite TV shows are hard to come by given YouTube's (quickly dying) 10-minute limit.
No longer.
In what could prove to be one of the biggest old media web deals to date, CBS has agreed to post full-length episodes of some its shows on a dedicated YouTube channel.
That means users will get to follow the gory exploits of "Dexter," CBS' serial killer hit, which runs on Showtime as well as "Californication," which chronicles the ups and downs of sex-crazed Los Angeles writer. Ditto for "Beverly Hills 90210" and "Star Trek."
But all that free content will come at a price. YouTube will run advertising before, during and after each episode. Think of it as television on your computer.
