David Boreanaz, unfaithful?

There are some rumors of infidelity that we are more inclined to believe, due to a stars known history of unfaithfulness. Then there are those that suddenly spread like wildfire via the Internet, and your gut instinct tells you it just isn’t true. Such is the case with David Boreanaz star of the hit TV series Bones. 

According to Star Magazine, David Boreanaz reportedly had a passionate affair with an unknown New Yorker named Rachel Uchitel. Star reports that David Boreanaz hit it off with the event planner while celebrating his 40^th birthday in the spring.   It is reported that she gave him her card, and the alleged affair began.   This comes as quite a shock and disbelief for the fans that have followed him since his days as Angel in Buffy, The Vampire Slayer.  Something is just not ringing true.  Could it be this unknown event planner’s attempt at stardom, or her ticket to publicity? Could be. That angle sounds closer to the truth, than the one of David having an affair. 

The actor has been happily married to his wife Jaime Bergman for over eight years, they just had a baby girl they named Bardot, on Aug. 31^st, and they also have a 7-year-old son. Star reports the following raunchy news:  “although David promised to leave his wife, Rachel tired of sharing him with Jaime and their two children. The final straw for Rachel came when David was in the delivery room with Jaime for their daughter’s birth. “He was on the phone with Rachel, giving updates,” says the insider. “That grossed her out, because she felt that should have been private.”

Sources close to David will attest to the actor’s love of his wife and kids. “Cheating on his family would be so out of character, he is honorable and always a gentleman” the source further added “His family (and I as a friend) are justifiably proud of David.” 

Gossip like this might damage a stars reputation, but consider the source.  When you’re one of Hollywood’s nicest guys, and known for the upstanding family man that he is, we just brush it off and pay little attention. Good try Rachel, your 15, 5 minutes of fame are over.
