Jon Gosselin facing jail time if hacking allegations are true

Jon Gosselin doesn't seem to realize the damage he is doing, and the family he is hurting with his actions.  He  keeps making one crucial mistake after another.

The most recent of which might land him in jail is the shocking allegations by none other than his former lover and the family's former babysitter, Stephanie Santoro.  She revealed that Jon confided in her about hacking into Kate's e-mails, phone records and online bank accounts.

RadarOnline did an exclusive interview with TV's Judge Alex Ferrer where the judge had this to say, "If he really hacked into her email and bugged her phone, he's looking at crimes that are punishable by prison."

Ferrer further added that Jon Gosselin, ‘may have violated state and federal law' since he is still legally wed to Kate, and he will be in deep trouble if he indeed invaded her electronic privacy.

The judge says Kate has a number of legal options, "She can certainly have a civil claim against him, she could go in front of the family court judge and ask for contempt sanctions against him. She could file criminal charges against him. She could do a whole host of things." 

As for Kate she certainly has every right to pursue legal action. Judge Ferrer who is a also a former police officer recommends that Kate ask police to begin an investigation and to look for spyware or anything else that would prove beneficial in her case against Jon. "She should be taking that information to the DA's office and telling them here's a witness that he hacked into their account."

I would say that Jon has taken this to a very unhealthy level. The father of 8 kids behaving like a hormonal teenager, displaying brash behavior without little or no regard to his children who will someday learn of all this. If he truly is guilty of these charges, what kind of father can he be to 8 children from jail?

Why is he risking so much? Doesn't he realize the people he's hurting are his own kids?
