Phosphor Digital Hour Clock Watch

e-Ink is one of the most interesting new screen technologies of the past few years. The unique technology allows for a low power consumption, highly contrasting surface that bears its name because it easy to read just paper. Hence the name "e-ink." One of the first logical applications of the easy-on-the-eyes technology is by Phosphor to be used on fashionable wristwatches. The Digital Hour Clock watch is one of Phosphor's second generation watches and is modern yet stylish in a long rectangular case that is 38mm wide and tapers at the ends. The watch is available with a rubber or leather strap, or a metal bracelet.

The screen can switch tones between light on dark or dark on light. Functions include two ways of displaying the time, a calendar, and alarm. Priced in the middle, is the leather strap version at a very reasonable price of just $185. The watch has a quartz movement inside and is a pleasure to enjoy both in wearing and reading the time.
