Commentary: 9/11 Truthers’ have a new celebrity hero.

It is now being reported that, in addition to being a “9/11 Truther”, the Holocaust Museum killer, James von Brunn was a registered Democrat in Maryland. Undeterred, Denver Public TV station, KBDI continues to air 9/11 Press for Truth, in what has been reported to be their most successful fundraiser ever.

Other prominent celebs that have “come out of the 9/11 closet” are cult icon and Hollywood director David Lynch, who was asked about 9/11 during an interview with Dutch television at the end of last year and reiterated that he ascribed to this conspiracy theory again during an interview, on the Alex Jones show, last month.

In March of 2006, actor Charlie Sheen put what was left of his multi-million dollar career and reputation up for public ridicule by accusing President George W. Bush of complicity in the destruction of the World Trade towers and the Pentagon.

Rosie O’Donnell proved that she isn’t just a 9/11 Truther, she’s also a terrorist apologist. After her interview in Popular Mechanics, right-minded Americans came to realize that Rosie O'Donnell is a very opinionated person who has never let the facts stand in her way. From her verbal assault on Tom Selleck, regarding the NRA, to her vitriolic comments on the 9/11 tragedy, she has consistently given her 'view' without taking time to think...period. O’Donnell’s own words have led people to adopt the mantra,” If Rosie says it - just ignore it.”

Oscar-winning actress Marion Cotillard is the latest celebrity to say that the September 11 attacks was one big conspiracy. In an interview she reportedly gave a year ago to the French TV show Paris Premiere, Cotillard, commenting on the events of 11 September 2001, said that the attacks on the World Trade Center were staged to avoid the expense of refurbishing them.

A few months ago, another celebrity member of the 9/11 Truth Out Commission, Mos Def, extolled his wisdom during an appearance on the Bill Maher HBO show, where something truly shocking happened, when Maher called 9/11 Truthers "lunatics," and demanded they stop requesting him "raise this ridiculous topic on this show and start asking [their] doctor if Paxil is right for [them]." During Maher's "New Rules" segment, he actually stated: "Crazy people who still think the government brought down the Twin Towers in a controlled explosion have to stop pretending that I'm the one that's being naïve. How big a lunatic do you have to be to watch two giant airliners packed with jet fuel slam into buildings on live TV igniting a massive inferno that burned for two hours and then think, "Well, if you believe that was the cause?"

D-list actors Christine Ebersole and Daniel Sunjata have also publicly proclaimed their ignorance on this issue.

On the Gunny Bob show aired on 850 KOA, in discussing the KBDI fundraiser, the host said, “It is scary that these people are out there procreating, able to buy guns and even in our society”.
